Join nutrition educator Taylor Sharman for a 6-week health series focusing on healthy eating and physical activity offered by University of Alaska Fairbanks in partnership with thread. The series will include content on basic healthy eating habits and recipe tips, how to shop smart and save money at the grocery store, and do some light physical activity together (safe for all levels). For this series we will also discuss the recommendations for kids so you can become a more informed educator yourself! You must attend the entire training series to get credit. No partial credit is given. Effective April 1, 2021, educators must be present and visible on video camera for the entire class time.
