During the hour of class students will be introduced to a various kickboxing and boxing moves with energetic music to help push and mtivate them. Students will learn proper form with modifications for each move. This class is set up for beginners to build confidence and work on technique. Students will work on form, strength and coordination. Class participants will have option to wear kickboxing gloves and use paddles to complete all moves. Cardio Kickboxing is an exercise that combines all elements of fitness with cardio, strength, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance. Cardio kickboxing is a great stress reliever and confience booster.
